RJ Construction had recently completed a major addition to our neighbor's home, so we had been able to watch Rick and his crew in action before we hired him. During our neighbor's remodel it started raining unexpectedly one night. At 3 in the morning we woke up to the sound of hammering. Rick had come over and was on their roof in the dark, in the rain, putting tarps over the unfinished roof so that nothing inside the house was damaged. We felt this showed responsibility and commitment to doing a good job for his customers. Being that Rick lives here in the same community where he works, he can take respond to things like this quickly.

Our own construction went very smoothly and finished on schedule. We lived in the house during the remodel and RJ Construction politely worked around us. Rick was organized and kept closely to the schedule he had given us in advance. His budget estimates were accurate, and the only over-budget conditions we encountered were when we decided to upgrade along the way. He was always reachable and returned calls promptly. If we felt anything was a problem or was being done wrong, he worked with us to resolve the problem. We were quite happy with our remodel results, and grateful that we don't have any "remodel horror stories" to tell.
